SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed and shipped after confirmation via email.

All orders shipped to Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States are delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that VAT and applicable customs duties are included in the final price. Additional handling or expedition fees may apply if extra services are required.

For shipments to the United States, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) may, in certain cases, require the recipient to complete CBP Form 5106. This is a standard customs procedure used to register the recipient as the official importer and may be requested if the recipient has not previously imported goods into the U.S. or if updated information is needed.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused and in original condition.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days with photos and order details.

We will provide a replacement or refund based on the assessment of the issue.
