MEDUSA is inspired by movement without beginning or end. A network of crossing bands spreads across the surface like flowing strands that shift direction as they overlap, creating a composition that feels both structured and alive.

Soft blue tones form the base of the cushion, layered with rhythmic golden markings and deeper blue elements that move between the intersecting bands. A warm rust-colored side field introduces contrast and weight, grounding the otherwise fluid surface.

Feel & Form

The front of MEDUSA is crafted from densely hand-tufted wool combined with viscose, creating a tactile surface where matte softness meets subtle light reflection. Variations in pile height define the crossing bands and allow the layered structure to remain clear across the surface. The back is made from 100% cotton in a natural tone, providing a calm counterbalance to the expressive front. A discreet zipper allows the inner filling to be removed when needed. Inside, the cushion is filled with recycled foam granulate enclosed in a cotton inner cover, supporting the sculptural structure while remaining comfortable in use. Soft in surface.
